Duratriplex

General characteristics

These panels are a marine board, which exterior faces are covered by a phenolic film. This characteristic makes these panels a waterproof-long lasting product. Duratriplex boards tolerate bumps, scratches and loads and impacts related to concrete settlement phase.

This type of panels allow the minimization of concrete deformation during concrete hardening process. In this way, flat surfaces are obtained. Besides, duratriplex panels have low thermic conductivity coefficient. Hence, stable temperature conditions are reached during concrete hardening process, avoiding fissures and shrinkages.

Uses and application

The phenolic film faced plywood is recommended for uses such as: concrete shuttering boards, industrial flooring, walls and floors for trucks and containers, playground equipment, trailers and mobile homes. The appropriate use of duratriplex panels, guarantees its re-utilization up to 20 times.
